PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To appropriately change regeneration amount in accordance with a state of a vehicle.SOLUTION: A regeneration control device 1 for a vehicle includes: a motor control unit 4 for performing regenerative braking by generating electric power by driving a motor generator 3 connected to a traveling wheel 2 of the vehicle during deceleration of the vehicle; a paddle switch 12 for performing an increase/decrease operation of regeneration amount Tr obtained by the motor generator 3; and a main control unit 20 for continuously performing increase/decrease control of the regeneration amount Tr in accordance with the increase/decrease operation performed by the paddle switch 12. In the main control unit 20, regeneration amount change speed Ru caused by the increase operation of the regeneration amount Tr by operating an UP switch 13 of the paddle switch 12 is set to be larger than the regeneration amount change speed Rd caused by the decrease operation of the regeneration amount Tr by operating a DOWN switch 14.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
