PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a charge/discharge unit and a power supply device having the same, capable of integrally performing charge and discharge of a capacitor.SOLUTION: In a charge and discharge circuit 33, one end of a resistor R1 is connected to one end of a switch 41. One end of a switch 42 is connected to a connection node between the switch 41 and the resistor R1. A control part 37 switches on or off the switches 41, 42, respectively. When the control part 37 switches on and off the switches 41, 42, respectively, power is supplied from a battery to a capacitor 34 through the switch 41 and the resistor R1. When the control part 37 switches off and on the switches 41, 42, respectively, the capacitor 34 discharges power through the resistor R1 and the switch 42.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
