PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simplify a pump device by reducing the number of components.SOLUTION: A first pump chamber 85 is sectioned and formed by a first ball 84, and a component reciprocatively moved by a cam 57 is the first ball 84 only. Although fluid is leaked to a first liquid reservoir 812 through a gap between the first ball 84 and the wall surface of a first cylinder hole 816 in discharging, the first liquid reservoir 812 is connected to the suction passage of a first pump 19, and leaked liquid is re-suctioned into the first pump chamber 85 in a suction stroke, which can allow minute leakage.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3

    【課題】部品点数を少なくしてポンプ装置の簡素化を図る。【解決手段】第1ボール84によって第1ポンプ室85を区画形成し、カム57によって往復動される部品を第1ボール84のみとする。吐出時には第1ボール84と第1シリンダ孔816の壁面との隙間を介して流体が第1液溜まり812へ洩れるが、第1液溜まり812を第1ポンプ19の吸入経路に接続し、洩れた流体が吸入行程において第1ポンプ室85に再び吸入されるようにして、微少洩れを許容可能にしている。【選択図】図3
