PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an exhaust heat recovery device structure that can suppress heat damage in a resin hose.SOLUTION: The exhaust heat recovery device structure includes: an exhaust heat recovery device body 18 for exchanging heat between a gas generated in an internal combustion engine of a vehicle and coolant; and a metal pipe 20 extended from the exhaust heat recovery device body 18, connected to the other end of the resin hose 30 of which one end is connected to the internal combustion engine and having a connection part 20B that is connected to the resin hose 30 and positioned on a vehicle lower side relative to the exhaust heat recovery device body 18.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
