PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laminate of a film of a thermoplastic resin or a thermoplastic elastomer composition usable as an inner liner material of a pneumatic tire and a layer of a rubber composition, where an adhesive strength of the interface between the film of the thermoplastic resin or the thermoplastic elastomer composition and the layer of the rubber composition is improved.SOLUTION: There is provided a laminate of a film of a thermoplastic resin or a thermoplastic elastomer composition and a layer of a rubber composition, where the rubber composition contains a rubber component, a condensate of a phenol compound and formaldehyde, a methylene donor and a vulcanizer, 2.5-40 mass% of the rubber component is a halogenated isomonoolefin-p-alkylstyrene copolymer, an amount of the condensate to be blended is 0.5-20 pts.mass with respect to 100 pts.mass of the rubber component, and an amount of the methylene donor to be blended is 0.25-200 pts.mass with respect to 100 pts.mass of the rubber component.SELECTED DRAWING: None

    【課題】空気入りタイヤのインナーライナー材として用いることができる熱可塑性樹脂または熱可塑性エラストマー組成物のフィルムとゴム組成物の層との積層体において、熱可塑性樹脂または熱可塑性エラストマー組成物のフィルムとゴム組成物の層との界面の接着強度を改善する。【解決手段】熱可塑性樹脂または熱可塑性エラストマー組成物のフィルムとゴム組成物の層との積層体であって、ゴム組成物が、ゴム成分、フェノール類化合物とホルムアルデヒドとの縮合物、メチレンドナーおよび加硫剤を含み、ゴム成分の2.5〜40質量%がハロゲン化イソモノオレフィン−p−アルキルスチレン共重合体であり、前記縮合物の配合量がゴム成分100質量部に対して0.5〜20質量部であり、メチレンドナーの配合量がゴム成分100質量部に対して0.25〜200質量部であることを特徴とする。【選択図】なし
