PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a balloon comprising a light concentration type photovoltaic power generator and using a solar battery cell arrangement optimized for power supply to the balloon in flight.SOLUTION: A balloon (202) comprises: an air sac (4) for storing floating gas (6); and a light concentration type photovoltaic power generator (8). The photovoltaic power generator (8) comprises: a reflection mirror (10); and one or two arrays (204) of the solar battery cell for forming a first active face (208) directed to the reflection mirror (210) direction, and a second active face (36) directed to an outside direction of the air sac (4) of the balloon. The reflection mirror (10), the first active face (208) and the second active face (210) of the array(s) (204) of a photovoltaic cell (206) are configured so that, both of the first active face (208) and the second active face (210) on the array(s) (204) surely generate power, if sun positioning failure in a roll direction of the reflection mirror (10) is 10 degree or lower in an absolute value.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
