PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable an engagement portion to be easily disengaged from a parking gear.SOLUTION: In a parking mechanism 1, a toggle mechanism 4 regulates displacement of an engagement portion 31 of a parking pawl 3 from an engagement position toward a disengagement position. The toggle mechanism 4 comprises a first linkage member 5 supported so as to be rotatable around a central axis X2, and a second linkage member 6 supported at the parking pawl 3 so as to be rotatable around a central axis X3, and the linkage members are connected so as to be relatively rotatable. When the parking pawl 3 is displaced from the engagement position to the disengagement position, a position of a connection pin 14 is displaced across a line segment L3 connecting the two central axes. A connection portion 7a of a lever member 7 is rotatably connected to the second linkage member through a connection pin 15, and there is provided an actuator 9 for driving the lever member 7. Thus, assist force is applied from the connection pin 15 to the second linkage member 6, in a direction where the position of the connection pin 14 is displaced from one side to the other side across the line segment.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1

    【課題】パーキングギヤからの係合部の脱離を容易に行えるようにする。【解決手段】パーキングポール3の係合部31の係合位置から離脱位置側への変位が、トグル機構4により規制されるパーキング機構1において、トグル機構4は、中心軸X2回りに回転可能に支持された第1リンク部材5と、パーキングポール3において中心軸X3回りに回転可能に支持された第2リンク部材6とを、相対回転可能に連結して構成されると共に、パーキングポール3の係合位置から離脱位置への変位に伴って、連結ピン14の位置が線分L3を横切って変位するように構成されており、レバー部材7の連結部7a側を、連結ピン15を介して回転可能に連結し、レバー部材7を駆動するアクチュエータ9を設けて、連結ピン14の位置を一方側から他方側に変位させる方向のアシスト力を、連結ピン15から第2リンク部材6に作用させる構成とした。【選択図】図1
