PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a molding device for a built-in component fixing part of a fuel tank which can reduce the amount of a resin required for forming a built-in component fixing part for mounting a built-in component inside a fuel tank.SOLUTION: A molding device 44 for a built-in component fixing part of a fuel tank comprises: a projecting pin 46 which is projected on a cavity surface to form a projecting part 34 in a molten resin sheet 32; an elastic body film 48 which covers the outer periphery of the projecting pin 46 and expands by supplying a fluid L into a closed space 47 formed between the elastic body film 48 and the projecting pin 46; a fluid supply device 51 which can supply the fluid L into the closed space 47 and recover the fluid L from the closed space 47, and supplies the fluid L into the closed space 47 in a state where the projecting part 34 penetrates a fixing hole 30 provided in a built-in component; and a thick part 49 which is formed in an intermediate portion in the projecting direction of the projecting pin 46 in an expanded part 48C of the elastic body film 48 and as a high rigidity part having higher rigidity than that of other parts of the expanded part 48C.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 7
