PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an actuator control device and an actuator unit capable of returning to control of an actuator even in a power failure state.SOLUTION: An actuator control device C comprises: a voltage sensor 40 that detects voltage inputted to a drive circuit D that controls a motor 15 for driving an actuator A; and a controller 41 that stops the motor 15 when the voltage detected by the voltage sensor 40 becomes equal to or less than a predetermined voltage threshold.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
