PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a derailment accident and a lateral turning when lifting a container.SOLUTION: When lifting a container, loads to be applied to individual forks are detected, and the loads are compared with a predetermined allowable load at the container lifting time in a lock released state. If a calculated load exceeds an allowable load, it is determined that the container is in a lock unreleased state, thereby to notify a warning of a fork rise stop or to stop the rise of the fork automatically. While said container is being lifted, the load of the container is measured by a load measuring instrument disposed on a fork lift, and the rotation moment established at the root of each fork is detected by a moment detector disposed at each root. On the basis of said load and said rotation moment, the load of said container at the load center position over the fork is calculated. There are compared said load and the lift allowable load in a lock released state at a load center position over the fork. If the calculated load exceeds an allowable load, a warning of the fork rise stop is issued or the fork rise is automatically stopped.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1

    【課題】 コンテナ持ち上げ時の脱線事故と横転を予防する。【解決手段】 コンテナ持ち上げ中に、夫々のフォークに掛かる荷重を検出し、その荷重と、予め求められている、ロック解除状態のコンテナ持ち上げ時の許容荷重とを比較して、算出荷重が許容荷重を超えるとコンテナがロック未解除状態であると判断して、フォーク上昇停止の警告を報知するか、フォークの上昇が自動停止するようにした。前記コンテナ持ち上げ中に、コンテナの荷重をフォークリフトに設けた荷重測定器で計測し、夫々のフォークの付け根に生じる回転モーメントを、夫々の付け根に設けたモーメント検知器で検知し、前記荷重と回転モーメントに基づいて、フォーク上の荷重中心位置における前記コンテナの荷重を算出し、当該荷重と、予め求められている、フォーク上の荷重中心位置におけるロック解除状態での持ち上げ許容荷重とを比較して、算出荷重が許容荷重を超えると、フォーク上昇停止の警告を報知するか、フォーク上昇が自動停止するようにした。【選択図】図1
