PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a fuel tank structure which detects a hole opened in a fuel tank while inhibiting occurrence of an evaporative fuel.SOLUTION: A fuel tank structure includes: a bag-like member 16 which is fixed to a ceiling part 10A in a fuel tank 10 and separates a space in the fuel tank 10 into a first space S1 at an outer side and a second space S2 at an inner side; a first pressure sensor 38 which detects a pressure of the first space S1; a second pressure sensor 40 which detects a pressure of the second space S2; a pump 34 which reduces the pressure in the first space S1; and a control part 36 which activates the pump 34, obtains the pressure of the first space S1 and the pressure of the second space S2, which are respectively detected by the first pressure sensor 38 and the second pressure sensor 40 when a predetermined time elapses after the pump 34 is activated, and determines that a hole is opened in the fuel tank 10 when the pressure of the first space S1 is higher than a first threshold value and that a hole is opened in the bag-like member 16 when the pressure of the second space S2 is lower than a second threshold value.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】蒸発燃料の発生を抑制しつつ、燃料タンクの穴開きを検出することができる燃料タンク構造を得る。【解決手段】燃料タンク10内の天井部10Aに固定され、燃料タンク10内の空間を外側の第1空間S1と内側の第2空間S2とに隔てる袋状部材16と、第1空間S1の圧力を検知する第1圧力センサ38と、第2空間S2の圧力を検知する第2圧力センサ40と、第1空間S1を減圧させるポンプ34と、ポンプ34を作動させると共に、ポンプ34を作動させてから所定時間経過後の第1圧力センサ38が検知した第1空間S1の圧力及び第2圧力センサ40が検知した第1空間S2の圧力を取得し、第1空間S1の圧力が第1閾値よりも高い場合に燃料タンク10に穴が開いていると判定して、第2空間S2の圧力が第2閾値よりも低い場合に袋状部材16に穴が開いていると判定する制御部36と、を有する。【選択図】図1
