PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicle suspension system and more particularly an oscillation bumper made of elastomer thermoplastic material having an improved design for making a maximum energy absorption.SOLUTION: This invention relates to an oscillation dumper made of copolyether ester. The oscillation damper includes a hollow extended tubular body having a wall. The tubular body has at least two bellows. Each of the bellows is defined by a mountain-shaped part and a valley-shaped part. The mountain-shaped part has a fillet radius [rc]. The wall has the maximum wall thickness Tmax of the mountain-shaped part. The oscillation bumper is an outer oscillation bumper with [rc] being smaller than [rs]. A ratio of Tmax of the maximum thickness of the wall of the mountain-shaped part in respect to Tm of a thickness of the wall at an intermediate point between the mountain-shaped part and the valley-shaped part is 1.05 or more and the mountain-shaped part is defined by an arc of the wall having an end point at the intermediate point where a thickness of the wall is Tm.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
