PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a farnesene polymer having high flowability, excellent in moldability and excellent in brake performance of the resulting tire, a rubber composition containing the farnesene polymer and a tire using the rubber composition.SOLUTION: There are provided [1] a farnesene polymer containing a monomer unit derived from farnesene (a) and having content of the monomer unit (a) in the total amount of monomer units constituting the farnesene polymer of 50 mass% or more and a glass transition temperature of -90 to -26°C and [2] a rubber composition containing a rubber component (A) containing the farnesene polymer described in the [1] and a filler (B) and [3] a tire using the rubber composition described in the [2] for at least a part thereof.SELECTED DRAWING: None

    【課題】高い流動性を有し、成形加工性に優れ、かつ、得られるタイヤの制動性能に優れるファルネセン重合体、該ファルネセン重合体を含有するゴム組成物、及び該ゴム組成物を用いたタイヤを提供する。【解決手段】[1]ファルネセン由来の単量体単位(a)を含むファルネセン重合体であって、該ファルネセン重合体を構成する単量体単位の総量中における、単量体単位(a)の含有量が50質量%以上であり、ガラス転移温度が−90〜−26℃であるファルネセン重合体、[2]前記[1]に記載のファルネセン重合体を含むゴム成分(A)、及びフィラー(B)を含有するゴム組成物、及び[3]前記[2]に記載のゴム組成物を少なくとも一部に用いたタイヤである。【選択図】なし
