PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a multidirectional operating device which has click feeling to be excellent in durability and attains downsizing and a vehicular shifting apparatus.SOLUTION: A multidirectional operating device, comprising an operating member 1, a support 2, a movable member, a pair of movable side magnetic materials, an opposite side magnetic material, a plurality of stoppers, a drive member 7, and a cam member 8, is characterized in that either one of the drive member 7 and the cam member 8 is provided with a guide face 17p having a first convex protrusion 17t, and the other one is provided with a slide face 28p having a second convex protrusion 28t. When the operating member 1 is tilted in a first direction, one movable side magnetic material of the pair is subjected to tilting operation, and the other movable side magnetic material of the pair is stopped from tilting operation by the stoppers, and when the operating member 1 is tilted in a second direction D2, the first convex protrusion 17t and the second convex protrusion 28t climb over each other in the convex to slide, so that this multidirectional operating device is preferably adopted for a vehicular shifting apparatus.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 14
【課題】節度感を有し耐久性に優れているとともに小型化が図れた多方向操作装置及び車両用シフト装置を提供することを目的とする。【解決手段】多方向操作装置は、操作部材1と支持体2と可動部材と一対の可動側磁性体と対向側磁性体と複数のストッパー部と駆動部材7とカム部材8とを備え、駆動部材7とカム部材8とのいずれか一方には凸状に形成された第1突部17tを有する案内面17pが設けられ、いずれか他方には凸状に形成された第2突部28tを有する摺動面28pが設けられ、操作部材1が第1方向に傾倒された際には、一対の一方の可動側磁性体が傾倒動作されるとともに、他方の可動磁性体がストッパー部により傾倒動作を止められ、操作部材1が第2方向D2に傾倒された際には、第1突部17tと第2突部28tとが互いの凸状部分を乗り越えて摺動することを特徴とし、この多方向操作装置を車両用シフト装置に好適に適用した。【選択図】図14
