PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform a minimum diagnosis even at the outside of a communication range.SOLUTION: A data requirement part 23 arranged in a vehicle acquires a part of normal vehicle state data to an external server 31, and accumulates the normal vehicle state data which are transmitted from the server 31 int an on-vehicle database 14. A data acquisition part 15 acquires current vehicle state data. A control part 22 controls the environmental setting of a vehicle so that an environmental condition of the normal vehicle state data and a current environmental condition coincide with each other. Then, after the environmental condition of the normal vehicle state data and the current environmental condition coincide with each other, a vehicle diagnosis part 21 compares the normal vehicle state data which are accumulated in the on-vehicle database 14 and the current vehicle state data which are acquired by the data acquisition part 15, and diagnoses the presence or absence of a malfunction in the vehicle.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2

    【課題】通信圏外となる状況でも、車両側で最低限の診断を可能にする。【解決手段】車両に設けられたデータ要求部23が、外部のサーバ31に対して正常な車両状態データの一部を要求し、サーバ31から送信された正常な車両状態データを車載データベース14に蓄積する。また、データ取得部15で現在の車両状態データを取得する。また、制御部22で、正常な車両状態データの環境条件と現在の環境条件とが一致するように、車両の環境設定を制御する。そして、正常な車両状態データの環境条件と現在の環境条件とが一致してから、車両診断部21で、車載データベース14に蓄積された正常な車両状態データと、データ取得部15で取得した現在の車両状態データと、を比較することにより、車両における不調の有無を診断する。【選択図】図2
