PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a train operation management system equipped with a function to assist transportation amount securement by making it easy for a commanding staff member to grasp a protection radio generation position and an impact range when a train protection radio is generated, and assisting status check for on-rail trains nearby, and to provide a train operation management method.SOLUTION: A train operation management system acquires protection radio information generated from a train when abnormality is detected, and specifies identification information on a protection radio generating train 4 that has generated protection radio from the protection radio information. Using the identification information on the specified protection radio generating train, the train operation management system obtains an on-rail position of the protection radio generating train from on-rail information on a plurality of traveling trains captured from a ground facility, obtains an impact range by the protection radio generation from the on-rail position of the protection radio generating train, and displays it on a display unit.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1

    【課題】列車の防護無線が発報された場合に、指令員による防護無線発報箇所及び影響範囲の把握を容易とし、付近の在線列車への状況確認を補助することで、輸送量確保を支援する機能を備えた列車の運行管理システム及び運行管理方法を提供する。【解決手段】異常を検知した際に列車から発報される防護無線情報を取得し、防護無線情報から防護無線を発報した防護無線発報列車4の識別情報を特定する。特定した防護無線発報列車の識別情報を用いて、地上設備から取り込んだ運行中の複数の列車の在線情報から、防護無線発報列車の在線位置を求める。防護無線発報列車の在線位置から防護無線発報による影響範囲を求めて、ディスプレイ上に表示する。【選択図】図1
