PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pressure-sensitive switch that mitigates erroneous detection.SOLUTION: A pressure sensitive switch 1 according to the invention, disposed on the underside of a cushion pad comprises: a lower electrode seat 10 having a first electrode 12; an upper electrode seat 20 having a second electrode 22 disposed further on the cushion pad side than the lower electrode seat 10 and opposite the first electrode 12; a spacer 30 interposed between the lower electrode seat 10 and the upper electrode seat 20 and having a first opening 31A in an area where the first electrode 12 and the second electrode 22 are opposite; and a pressing member 50 provided on the opposite side of the upper electrode seat side of the lower electrode seat 10 and configured to press the lower electrode seat 10 upward when the upper electrode seat 20 is pressed.
