PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent water from entering a connector of a torque sensor and to eliminate misalignment from an input axis of a case by adjusting the position of a case relative to a housing before fixing the case to the housing.SOLUTION: A sheet member 18 with slip performance which is made of fluororesin is arranged between an outer peripheral surface of a circuit accommodation part 10b and a housing 4 while extending by 2-3 mm from an opening 10d of the circuit accommodation part 10b. Consequently, water is prevented from entering a connector accommodation part of a torque sensor 10, and even after a case 10c is fixed to the housing 4, the case 10c slips on the sheet member 18 to automatically adjust the position of the case 10c relative to the housing 4, and misalignment of the case 10c from an input axis can be eliminated so prevent the torque sensor 10 from breaking owing to the misalignment.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2

    【課題】トルクセンサのコネクタでの水の浸入を防止でき、ケースのハウジングに固定する前にハウジングに対するケースの位置調整を可能にしてケースの入力軸に対する軸ずれを解消できるようにする。【解決手段】フッ素樹脂から成るすべり性能を有するシート部材18を、回路収容部10bの開口10dよりも2〜3mm延出した状態で回路収容部10bの外周面とハウジング4との間に配設する。これにより、トルクセンサ10のコネクタ収容部分への水の浸入を防止することができるとともに、ケース10cをハウジング4に固定しても、シート部材18をケース10cが滑ってハウジング4に対するケース10cの位置が自動調整され、ケース10cの入力軸に対する軸ずれを解消できて軸ずれに起因するトルクセンサ10の破損を未然に防止できる。【選択図】図2
