PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a driving force distribution device of a vehicle, which can continue to maintain target torque of a multiple disc clutch without requiring external energy.SOLUTION: The present invention resides in a driving force distribution device having a multiple disc clutch 9 for making a distribution ratio of driving force changeable, by which driving force inputted from an input shaft part 3 is distributed to a pair of output shaft parts 5a, 5b, and a clutch control member 17c for changing pressing force to the multiple disc clutch 9 by rotational displacement, in which torque transmitted to the multiple disc clutch 9 is controllable by rotating motion of the clutch control member 17c to target torque based on a target distribution ratio. The driving force distribution device has an engagement/disengagement part 27 which disengageably maintains the attitude of the clutch control member 17c at the time when performing control to the target torque by predetermined elastic force which allows rotating motion of the clutch control member 17c.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
