PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a suspension balance device which can further reliably stabilize an attitude of a cargo.SOLUTION: A suspension balance device comprises: a suspension balance body 1 which is lifted and is supported by lifting equipment; plural pulley blocks 4 which are so provided as to be attached to the suspension balance weight 1 and a cargo M respectively; and suspension rope 3 of which an end part is fastened to the suspension balance body 1 side and/or the cargo M side and which are alternately wound around a pulley of the pulley block 4 of the suspension balance body 1 and a pulley of the pulley block 4 of the cargo M. At least one pulley block 4 is equipped with a lock mechanism such that the suspension balance body 1 is lifted by the lift equipment, a load of the cargo M acts on the pulley block 4 via the suspension rope 3 and the pulley and the suspension 3 are fastened.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
