PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To form a reaction force generator which inhibits occurrence of vibration and noise.SOLUTION: A steering device (a reaction force generator) (1) includes: a first helical gear (15) which is connected to a middle steering shaft (102) so as to transmit torque thereto; and a second helical gear (16) which is connected to a power transmission shaft (14), which is rotationally driven by a power generation part (13), so as to transmit torque thereto and engages with the first helical gear (15).SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
