PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an expansion boom mounting structure that can increase a width of a base boom and prevent interference between the base boom and an intermediate boom.SOLUTION: The expansion boom mounting structure is configured so that a rear part of a base boom 110 of an expansion boom 100 of a crane is held with a bracket 120 and the base boom 110 is mounted using the bracket 120 to be able to rise and fall relative to a turning post. The bracket 120 comprises contact plate parts 130 and 130 which are joined to wall parts 110A and 110B at both sides of the rear part of the base boom 110. Each contact plate part 130 has a pair of base part pieces 132 and 132 which are held between a pair of holding parts opposing to each other of the turning post to be able to rise and fall. A width W1 between contact plate parts 130 and 130 of a part other than base part pieces 132 is set larger than a width W2 between the base part pieces 132 and 132.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
