PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress generation of a noise, when a lock member is moved relatively to a bearing member.SOLUTION: A member positioned further toward outside between a lock lever 13 and a lock bracket 12 is elastically deformed to form deflection, in the state where the lock lever 13 is supported by the lock bracket 12, and a contact plate part 22 of the member positioned further toward outside energizes a contact plate part 23 of the member positioned further toward inside by energization force generated by the deflection.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6
