PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rear wheel steering control device for independently controlling the steering of left and right rear wheels of a vehicle, which can enhance reliability of means for preventing actuator drive to the outside of a drive allowable range by reliably detecting whether or not the drive exceeds a drive limit value, can avoid destabilization of a vehicle behavior due to the unintended drive to the outside of the drive allowable range, and can avoid damage to a system caused by mechanical interference generated when exceeding a drive allowable limit.SOLUTION: A rear wheel steering control device comprises a pair of electronic control devices 13L, 13R. The electronic control devices 13L, 13R comprise a motor control target value calculation part 22 for controlling actuators 14, 15 of a steering device according to a steering command value, and a drive limit monitoring part 21. The drive limit monitoring part 21 monitors information of a drive amount obtained from rotation angle detectors 26L and so on and absolute position detectors 27L and so on, and performs control of limiting the drive amount of the rear wheels so as not to exceed a drive allowable range.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
