PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an on-vehicle optical sensor cleaning device capable of satisfactorily spraying gas-liquid mixed fluid or single air in an alternative way.SOLUTION: An on-vehicle optical sensor cleaning device sprays fluid from a spray port 8 toward a lens of an on-vehicle camera and removes foreign matter attached to the lens. Further, the on-vehicle optical sensor cleaning device includes: a cleaning liquid introduction path 32c through which cleaning liquid is introduced; an air introduction path 32d through which air is introduced; a long-size cylindrical cylinder housing 21; a nozzle member 9 which is stored in the cylinder housing 21, at the same time, is provided forward/backward movably, is provided with a shared introduction chamber D capable of introducing cleaning liquid and air via the cleaning liquid introduction path 32c and the air introduction path 32d on an inner part, is provided with the spray port 8 on a tip part, energizes a base end flange part 25b disposed on a base end part in accordance with a feeding pressure of fluid and is moved forward; a cleaning liquid side check valve 33 disposed between the cleaning liquid introduction path 32c and the shared introduction chamber D; and an air side check valve 34 disposed between the air introduction path 32d and the shared introduction chamber D.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 10
