PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make a drive part 26 of an electric power steering device 1 and a knee protection airbag device 51 not hinder the movement of a knee 9a as much as possible even if the knee 9a of an occupant 9 on a driver's seat 8 moves to a vehicle front side together with an expansion-deploying bag part 53 at a collision of a vehicle.SOLUTION: A knee protection airbag device 51 is arranged at a lower side of a drive part 26 which is arranged at a steering column 18 of an electric power steering device 1.
