PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an occupant restraint control device which can reduce a cost while securing the restraint performance of an occupant.SOLUTION: An occupant restraint control device has: an imaging device 36 which is arranged in a cabin, and can image all seats in the cabin; a determination part 40 which determines the presence or absence of an occupant, a physique of the occupant, and an attachment state of a seatbelt with respect to all the seats from an image which is imaged by the imaging device 36; restraint condition change parts 42, 44 which change a deployment condition of an airbag device at the seat according to the physique of the occupant which is determined by the determination part 40, and a work condition of a pretensioner when the detection part 40 determines that the occupant is seated on the seat; and a seatbelt reminder device 46 which expedites the occupant to attach the seatbelt when the determination part 40 determines that the occupant is seated on the seat, and the seatbelt is not attached to the occupant.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4

    【課題】乗員の拘束性能を確保しつつ、コストを低減することができる乗員拘束制御装置を得る。【解決手段】車室内に配置され、該車室内における全てのシートを撮像可能な撮像装置36と、撮像装置36によって撮像された画像から、シートのそれぞれに対して、乗員の有無、乗員の体格及びシートベルトの装着状態を判定する判定部40と、判定部40によって乗員がシートに着座していると判定された場合に、判定部40が判定した乗員の体格に応じて該シートにおけるエアバッグ装置の展開条件及びプリテンショナの作動条件を変更する拘束条件変更部42、44と、判定部40によって乗員がシートに着座しており、かつ、シートベルトが装着されていないと判定された場合に、乗員にシートベルトの装着を促すシートベルトリマインダ装置46と、を有する。【選択図】図4
