PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a light reflecting film capable of effectively improving only the reflectivity of specific polarized light while maintaining high visible light transmissivity, and also to provide a light controlling film, an optical film, functional glass, and a head-up display using the light reflecting film.SOLUTION: Provided is a light reflecting film which comprises one or more light reflecting layers selected from a light reflecting layer PRL-1 having a central reflection wavelength of 400 nm or more and less than 500 nm and a reflectivity of 5% or more and 25% or less with respect to ordinary light in the central reflection wavelength, a light reflecting layer PRL-2 having a central reflection wavelength of 500 nm or more and less than 600 nm and a reflectivity of 5% or more and 25% or less with respect to ordinary light in the central reflection wavelength, and a light reflecting layer PRL-3 having a central reflection wavelength of 600 nm or more and less than 700 nm and a reflectivity of 5% or more and 25% or less with respect to ordinary light in the central reflection wavelength, and in which at least two light reflecting layers having central reflection wavelengths different from each other are laminated, and the at least two laminated light reflecting layers each have a characteristic of reflecting polarized light of the same orientation.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6
