PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To set outer peripheral teeth in a wide range, to a division pole for stopping rotation while performing backlash tightening of a recliner in a circumferential direction.SOLUTION: A recliner 4 is configured so that: four poles 30 supported by a guide 20 are pressed by a rotary cam 40 from inside of a radial direction, for engaging outer peripheral teeth 31 with inner peripheral teeth 12A of a ratchet 10, so that relative rotation between the ratchet 10 and the guide 20 is stopped. One of the four poles 30 is a division pole 30A for extending in a circumferential direction by being pressed by the rotary cam 40, and engaging with the inner peripheral teeth 12A of the ratchet 10, and the division pole 30A is divided into an interior angle piece 30C and an exterior angle piece 30D, in which the interior angle piece 30C is pressed by the rotary cam 40 and presses the exterior angle piece 30D to the circumferential direction and outside of the radial direction, for engaging the outer peripheral teeth 31 with the inner peripheral teeth 12A of the ratchet 10. In the engagement state, the respective pieces 30C, 30D are allocated at three points in the circumferential direction from inside by the rotary cam 40.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 8

    【課題】リクライナを円周方向にガタ詰めしながら回転止めする分割ポールに対し、外周歯を広く設定すること。【解決手段】リクライナ4はガイド20により支えられた4つのポール30が回転カム40により半径方向の内側から押されて外周歯31をラチェット10の内周歯12Aと噛合させることでラチェット10とガイド20との相対回転が止められる構成とされ、4つのポール30のうちの1つは回転カム40により押されることで円周方向に広がりながらラチェット10の内周歯12Aと噛合する分割ポール30Aとされ、分割ポール30Aは内角ピース30Cと外角ピース30Dとに分割され、内角ピース30Cが回転カム40に押されて外角ピース30Dを円周方向と半径方向の外側とに押圧してその外周歯31をラチェット10の内周歯12Aと噛合させ、噛合状態では各ピース30C,30Dが回転カム40により円周方向の計3点で内側からあてがわれる。【選択図】図8
