PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicular heat circulation system which achieves energy saving.SOLUTION: A heat collecting plate 2 is attached to the external surface of a vehicle 10. A pipe 3 is attached to the vehicle 10. A medium 4 is put into the pipe 3 to make the heat collected by the heat collecting plate 2 circulate in the pipe 3.
