PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electric power conversion device that have a housing arrangement capable of preventing leakage to the outside or entering from the outside of electromagnetic wave while reducing the size, the weight and the cost.SOLUTION: The electric power conversion device includes: plural high voltage electric components; and a housing which stores the plural high voltage electric components mounted therein. The housing has a frame which has openings facing each other at both sides; and an electromagnetic wave shut-off cover which covers the openings of the frame.
