PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mounting structure of an acoustical material, capable of improving workability for mounting the acoustical material, while obtaining high bonding force between an interior substrate for a vehicle and the acoustical material.SOLUTION: There is provided a mounting structure of a first acoustical material 41 in which the first acoustical material 41 is mounted on a door trim body 11. The first acoustical material 41 has through-holes 42, 43. The door trim body 11 includes: a trim board 12 forming a side surface 11A of a cabin; hook-shaped locking portions 22, 23 provided standing on a surface 20B, outside the cabin, of the trim board 12; and columnar bosses 31A provided standing on a surface 30B, outside the cabin, of the trim board 12. The locking portions 22, 23 are inserted through the through-holes 42, 43 respectively, and hole edges 42B, 43B of the through-holes 42, 43 are locked to the locking portions 22, 23 respectively. With the hole edges 42B, 43B locked to the locking portions 22, 23, securing portions 44 that are provided at the first acoustical material 41 so as to be overlapped with the respective bosses 31A in an in-out direction of the cabin are secured to the bosses 31A.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
