PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a railroad-crossing obstacle detecting system that can be constructed more inexpensively than a three-dimensional laser type railroad-crossing obstacle detecting system, whose detection object is a vehicle and an object other than a vehicle in the crossing.SOLUTION: A railroad-crossing obstacle detecting system includes a plurality of laser sensors that emit a laser beam in a horizontal direction, and includes an emission unit that rotates around a vertical shaft, and a detection unit that detects an object as an obstacle by receiving the reflection light of the laser beam reflected by the object in the crossing. A first laser sensor included in the plurality of laser sensors is installed at a predetermined height for detecting a vehicle as an obstacle by the laser beam emitted in a horizontal direction from the emission unit. A second laser sensor included in the plurality of laser sensors is installed at a height different from the predetermined height.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1A

    【課題】3次元レーザー式踏切障害物検知システムよりも安価に構築可能であり、踏切内の車両および車両以外の物体を検知対象とする踏切障害物検知システムを提供する。【解決手段】本踏切障害物検知システムは、水平な方向にレーザー光を出射するとともに、鉛直な軸を中心に回転する出射部と、踏切内の物体によって反射されたレーザー光の反射光を受光することで物体を障害物として検知する検知部と、を有するレーザーセンサーを複数備える。複数のレーザーセンサーに含まれる第1のレーザーセンサーは、出射部から水平な方向に出射されるレーザー光によって障害物として車両を検知する所定高さに設けられる。複数のレーザーセンサーに含まれる第2のレーザーセンサーは、所定高さと異なる高さに設けられる。【選択図】図1A
