PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To inhibit occurrence of unloading of a reaction wheel 212.SOLUTION: In regard to a wheel rotation number 121, an adjustment angle 131 for adjusting a paddle angle of a solar array paddle 211 is periodically calculated by using the wheel rotation number 121 of a reaction wheel 212. A paddle drive part 219 rotates the solar array paddle 211 around a rotating shaft so that the paddle angle can be an angle changed by the adjustment angle 131.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
