PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a slide member capable of improving mechanical strength and abrasion resistance, and a manufacturing method therefor.SOLUTION: In a manufacturing process of a worm wheel, carbodiimide 41 is supplied in the middle of mixing of polyamide resin 39 and filler 40, and they are further mixed to obtain raw material resin 26. A worm wheel is manufactured by using the raw material resin 26, thereby to obtain a worm wheel capable of improving mechanical strength and abrasion resistance.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4

    【課題】機械的強度の向上と耐摩耗性とを両立することができる摺動部材およびその製造方法を提供すること。【解決手段】ウォームホイールの製造工程において、ポリアミド樹脂39とフィラー40との混練途中にカルボジイミド41を供給し、これらをさらに混練して原料樹脂26を得る。この原料樹脂26を用いてウォームホイールを製造することによって、機械的強度の向上と耐摩耗性の向上とを両立することができるウォームホイールを得ることができる。【選択図】図4
