PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a traffic control system capable of automatically optimizing traffic signals at an intersection according to characteristics of a target pedestrian.SOLUTION: The traffic control system includes: pedestrian two dimensional image acquisition means that acquires a two dimensional image of a pedestrian at an intersection; target pedestrian sorting means that sorts whether the pedestrian in the two dimensional image is a target pedestrian or not based on a piece of sorting information of the target pedestrian of traffic control from the acquired two dimensional image; and signal adjustment means that, when the pedestrian is sorted as the target pedestrian, adjusts the signal at the intersection based on adjustment conditions of the traffic signal corresponding to the target pedestrian.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
