PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To decrease influence of a shaft of light generated in a transparent heating plate on visibility.SOLUTION: A transparent heating plate 10 comprises a pair of substrates 11 and 12; a pair of bus bars 25 to which voltage is applied; and a heat generation electrical conductor 30 which connects the pair of bass bars 25, and which is at least partially located between the pair of substrates 11 and 12. The heat generation electrical conductor 30 has a pattern structure which is formed in such a manner that constant unit pattern structures formed by use of electric conductive fine lines 31 are regularly arranged.
