PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicular brake hydraulic control device which accurately estimates master cylinder pressure, when a pump communicating to a suction liquid path from a reservoir is actuated, even if a brake liquid in the reservoir is empty.SOLUTION: A suction valve 74 is provided between suction liquid paths 110a and 110d of a master cylinder 12 and a pump 70, and the suction valve 74 is opened when a pump 70 is actuated. Thus, even if a brake liquid in a reservoir 34 is empty, the brake liquid is sucked from the master cylinder 12 side through the suction valve 74 to prevent the pump 70 from idling, and even without a pressure sensor, master cylinder pressure Pmc can be accurately estimated on the basis of a motor current Im of a motor 72 driving the pump 70.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1

    【課題】リザーバのブレーキ液が空になっている場合であっても、リザーバからの吸入液路に連通するポンプの作動時に、マスタシリンダ圧を正しく推定する車両用ブレーキ液圧制御装置を提供する。【解決手段】マスタシリンダ12とポンプ70の吸入液路110a、110dとの間に吸入弁74を設け、この吸入弁74をポンプ70の作動時に開弁する。これにより、リザーバ34のブレーキ液が空になっている場合であっても、吸入弁74を通じてマスタシリンダ12側からブレーキ液が吸入されポンプ70の空回りを回避でき、圧力センサがなくても、ポンプ70を駆動するモータ72のモータ電流Imに基づきマスタシリンダ圧Pmcを正しく推定できる。【選択図】図1
