PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicle seat arm rest that can reduce burden of an occupant, and to provide a mount structure thereof.SOLUTION: The vehicle seat arm rest includes: an arm placing part 11 formed of a material at least part thereof being deformable, where one side end part is connected to a seat back 70 while the other side end part is connected to a member 91 positioned forward from the seat back; and a support part 12 formed of a material having a flexibility lower than the arm placing part 11 and supporting the arm placing part 11, where one side end part of the support part 12 is connected to the seat back 70 while the other side end part of the support part 12 is connected to the member 91 positioned forward from the seat back 70.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
