PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ocean sensor device which enables improvement of the position accuracy of a sensor in a depth direction.SOLUTION: An ocean sensor device includes: a floating body which floats on a sea surface; a resistance body 500 having an openable slit 505; and a sensor. The floating body is connected with the resistance body by a cable C1, and the resistance body is connected with the sensor by a cable C2. The resistance body may have flexibility. The slit may extend in a direction intersecting with a direction such that an end part of the resistance body, which is connected with the floating body side cable, is connected with an end part of the resistance body, which is connected with the sensor side cable.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
