PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a slide bearing capable of being preferably assembled in a light distribution variable-type headlight device.SOLUTION: A sintered-metal slide bearing (sintered bearing) 10 is formed by sintering a green compact of raw material powder with metal powder as a main raw material, and rotatably supports a shaft (shaft part 4a and a shaft part 5a) which is attached and supported to a light distribution variable-type headlight device 1 in a non-oil retaining state. As raw material powder for manufacturing the sintered bearing 10, Cu powder is used as the main raw material, and Sn powder, C powder and Ni powder are blended as fillers to the Cu powder. The raw material powder does not contain Fe powder at all. Blending ratios of the Sn powder, the C powder and the Ni powder occupied in the whole raw material powder are 7 to 11 wt.%, 3 to 7 wt.%, and 4 to 6 wt.%, respectively.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】配光可変型前照灯装置に好ましく組み込み得るすべり軸受を提供する。【解決手段】金属粉末を主原料とした原料粉末の圧粉体を焼結してなり、配光可変型前照灯装置1に装備されて支持すべき軸(軸部4aおよび軸部5a)を非含油状態で回転可能に支持する焼結金属製のすべり軸受(焼結軸受)10である。この焼結軸受10を製造するための原料粉末として、Cu粉末を主原料とし、これに、Sn粉末、C粉末およびNi粉末を充填材として配合したものを使用する。原料粉末は、Fe粉末を一切含まない。原料粉末全体に占めるSn粉末、C粉末およびNi粉末の配合割合は、それぞれ、7〜11wt%、3〜7wt%および4〜6wt%とする。【選択図】図1
