PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a gap adjustment jig of a proximity switch by which a gap formed between a shield plate and an inside wall of an aperture of the proximity switch into which the shield plate is entered can be easily adjusted.SOLUTION: In an escalator including a proximity switch 11 which outputs a signal for speed control, a gap adjustment jig of the proximity switch is provided to adjust gaps G1, G2 among a detector 10c of the shield plate 10, and inside walls 11b, 11c of the aperture 11a of the proximity switch 11. The gap adjustment jig of the proximity switch comprises: a self-holding part 20a of which shield plate 10 is made from ferromagnetic material to be fitted into the aperture 11a of the proximity switch 11 and presses the inside walls 11b, 11c of the aperture 11a while being fitted into the aperture 11a to prevent from falling from the aperture 11a; and first, and second gap setting parts 21, 22 arranged in the self-holding part 20a which have thickness dimensions according to the gaps G1, and G2 and are made of magnet.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6
【課題】遮蔽版と、この遮蔽板が入る近接スイッチの開口部の内側壁との間に形成されるギャップの調整を容易に行うことができる近接スイッチのギャップ調整治具の提供。【解決手段】本発明は、速度制御に使用される信号を出力する近接スイッチ11を備えたエスカレータにあって、遮蔽板10の検出部10cと、近接スイッチ11の開口部11aの内側壁11b,11cとのギャップG1,G2の調整に用いられる近接スイッチのギャップ調整治具であり、遮蔽板10が強磁性体から成り、近接スイッチ11の開口部11aに嵌め込まれ、開口部11aに嵌め込まれた状態で開口部11aの内側壁11b,11cを押圧し、開口部11aからの脱落を阻止する自己保持部20aと、この自己保持部20aに設けられ、ギャップG1,G2に応じた厚さ寸法を有し、磁石から成る第1,第2ギャップ設定部21,22を備えている。【選択図】図6
