PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To automatically diagnose a control valve of a hydraulic elevator.SOLUTION: A control valve 23 for landing in the case of power outage is provided in a return pipe line 25 branched from a main pipe line 24 between a first control valve 21 and a second control valve 22 and extended to a hydraulic tank 26. A control device causes the first control valve 21 and the second control valve 22 to be set at positions that prohibit a flow of pressure oil from a hydraulic cylinder 12 side to the hydraulic tank side, then causes the control valve 23 for landing in the case of power outage to be set at a position that allows a flow of pressure oil from the main pipe line 24 through the return pipe line 25 to the hydraulic tank side, determines whether or not a car is lowered by predetermined amount or more, determines that the second control valve is normal when determining that the car is not lowered by the predetermined amount or more, and determines that the second valve is abnormal when determining that the car has been lowered by the predetermined amount or more.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1

    【課題】油圧エレベータの制御弁を自動的に診断できるようにすること。【解決手段】第1の制御弁21と第2の制御弁22との間で主管路24から分岐し油圧タンク26へ延設された戻し管路25には、停電時着床用制御弁23が設けられている。制御装置は、第1の制御弁21および第2の制御弁22を、油圧シリンダ12側から油圧タンク側へ向かう圧油の流れを禁止する位置に設定した後、停電時着床用制御弁23を、主管路24から戻し管路25を介して油圧タンク側へ向かう圧油の流れを許可する位置に設定し、乗りかごが所定量以上下降したか否か判定し、乗りかごが所定量以上下降しないと判定した場合は、第2の制御弁は正常であると判断し、乗りかごが所定量以上下降したと判定した場合は、第2の制御弁は異常であると判断する。【選択図】図1
