PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a battery residual capacity display device capable of improving usability without giving a sense of incongruity to a driver.SOLUTION: A vehicle 1 includes an engine 2, a battery 6, and a motor 3 which is driven by power supplied from the battery 6. The vehicle further includes: a determination section 95 for determining whether or not the execution of idle stop control for restarting the engine 2 by driving force of the motor 3 and assist travel control for traveling the vehicle 1 by assisting the driving of the engine 2 by the driving of the motor 3 is permitted; and a display state setting section 96 for setting segment display to cause a display 8 to perform display on the basis of the determination result determined by the determination section 95.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
