PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high-strength lightweight hollow stabilizer having a bending part with improved hardness.SOLUTION: A tubular hollow stabilizer 1 is provided in a vehicle and has a torsion part 1a extending in a vehicle width direction, an arm part 1b extending in a longitudinal direction of the vehicle, and bending parts 1c and 1c for connecting the torsion part 1a and the arm part 1b.
