PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high-strength lightweight hollow stabilizer having a bending part with improved hardness.SOLUTION: A tubular hollow stabilizer 1 is provided in a vehicle and has a torsion part 1a extending in a vehicle width direction, an arm part 1b extending in a longitudinal direction of the vehicle, and bending parts 1c and 1c for connecting the torsion part 1a and the arm part 1b. The hardness of an outer surface inside bending of the bending parts 1c and 1c is 70% or more to hardness of an outer surface of the arm part 1b.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
