PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve a gas/liquid separation function of a breather mechanism, without increasing vehicle width direction dimensions of a drive unit.SOLUTION: An electric motorcycle 1 has a motor 22, and a transmission 3 disposed adjacent to the motor 22. The transmission 3 has a planetary gear 42 meshed with a sun gear 41 provided on a motor output shaft 222, a planetary carrier 44 supporting the planetary gear 42, a transmission chamber 301 storing the sun gear 41, the planetary gear 42, and the planetary carrier 44, and a breather mechanism 6 which separates air in the transmission chamber 301 into gas and liquid and releases that to the outside. The breather mechanism 6 has a breather chamber 61 performs gas/liquid separation, and a first path 62 communicating the transmission chamber 301 and the breather chamber 61.
