PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a motor cycle tire improved in wear resistance and draining performance by improving a tread pattern.SOLUTION: A motor cycle tire is specified in a rotating direction when attached to a vehicle. The tread of a tread part 10 has three inclination main grooves inclining with respect to a tire circumferential direction. If, of the three inclination main grooves, one whose inside end in tire width direction is closest to a tire equator is assumed to be a first inclination main groove 1, and ones located forward in the tire rotating direction from the first inclination main groove 1 are assumed to be second and third inclination main grooves 2, 3, respectively, the first inclination main groove has a straight or curved shape. The second and third inclination main grooves are straight and arranged substantially in parallel. The second inclination main groove completely overlaps the first inclination main groove, as viewed from the tire width direction. In addition, in the tire circumferential direction, the tire-width-direction inside end part of the third inclination main groove is located between the tire-width-direction inside end parts of the first inclination main groove, which are adjacent in the tire circumferential direction.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1

    【課題】トレッドパターンを改良することにより、耐摩耗性および排水性を向上させた自動二輪車用タイヤを提供する。【解決手段】車両装着時の回転方向が指定される自動二輪車用タイヤである。トレッド部10の踏面に、タイヤ周方向に対して傾斜する3本の傾斜主溝が設けられてなり、3本の傾斜主溝のうちタイヤ幅方向内側端部が最もタイヤ赤道面に近いものを第1の傾斜主溝1とし、第1の傾斜主溝からタイヤ回転方向前方に向かい順次第2,第3の傾斜主溝2,3としたとき、第1の傾斜主溝が直線状または湾曲形状であり、第2の傾斜主溝と前記第3の傾斜主溝とが直線状であって略平行に配置されており、第2の傾斜主溝が、タイヤ幅方向から見たとき、第1の傾斜主溝と完全にオーバーラップしており、かつ、第3の傾斜主溝のタイヤ幅方向内側端部が、タイヤ周方向において、タイヤ周方向で隣り合う第1の傾斜主溝のタイヤ幅方向内側端部同士の間に位置している。【選択図】図1
