PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce a value of damage at the time of collision.SOLUTION: A secondary lever 32 is provided to separate from a lock arm 30 when oscillated from a lock position to a direction opposite to an unlock position. A first support shaft 38 and a second support shaft 40 are separated from each other in the vehicle width direction, and a notch portion 3304 is provided in a bearing portion 33. When a collision body 2 collides with a hood 14 from the front side of a vehicle 10 and a front end 14A of the hood 14 is displaced rearwards in the collision direction of the collision body 2, the secondary lever 32 is detached from the second support shaft 40. While securely separated from the lock arm 30, the secondary lever 32 can be smoothly moved in the movement direction of the collision body 2 without being constrained by the lock arm 30. Therefore, this is advantageous to securement of a deformation stroke of the hood 14 at the time of head-on collision and to reduction of a value of damage.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1

    【課題】衝突時の障害値の低減を図る。【解決手段】セカンダリーレバー32は、係止位置からロック解除位置と反対の方向に揺動すると、ロックアーム30から離れるように設けられ、第1の支軸38と第2の支軸40は車幅方向において離され、軸受部33に欠部3304が設けられている。フード14に対して車両10前方から衝突体2が衝突し、フード14の前端部14Aが衝突体2の衝突方向に沿って後方に変位していく際、セカンダリーレバー32は第2の支軸40から外れ、セカンダリーレバー32は、ロックアーム30に拘束されることなく、ロックアーム30と確実に切り離された状態で衝突体2の移動方向に沿って円滑に移動できる。したがって、前突時のフード14の変形ストロークを確保する上で有利となり、障害値の低減を図る上で有利となる。【選択図】図1
