PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of manufacturing a pneumatic tire which can prevent a poor appearance due to a rubber flow failure according to a vent hole and can effectively prevent chipping of a tread part caused by a rubber pillar formed in the vent hole, when the vent hole is provided in a blade for forming a sipe, and to provide a mold for molding the tire and the pneumatic tire.SOLUTION: In a method of manufacturing a pneumatic tire, an unvulcanized tire is loaded into a mold, and the unvulcanized tire is heated while applying pressure to the unvulcanized tire toward an inner face of the mold, and the pneumatic tire having a sipe on a tread part is formed. In the method, a blade 15 for forming the sipe is planted into the inner face of the mold, at least one vent hole 16 penetrating in the thickness direction of the blade 15 is formed on the blade. A distance d from the vent hole 16 to a tread surface of a tread part 21 is set to 1.0 mm or longer. A slit 17 extending from the vent hole 16 to the tread surface of the tread part 21 is provided at least on one surface of the blade 15.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3

    【課題】サイプを成形するためのブレードにベント孔を設ける際に、そのベント孔に基づいてゴム流れ不良による外観不良を防止すると共に、ベント孔内に形成されるゴム柱に起因するトレッド部の欠損を効果的に防止することを可能にした空気入りタイヤの製造方法、タイヤ成形用金型及び空気入りタイヤを提供する。【解決手段】金型内に未加硫タイヤを装填し、未加硫タイヤを金型の内面に向かって加圧しながら加熱して、トレッド部にサイプを備えた空気入りタイヤを成形するようにした空気入りタイヤの製造方法において、金型の内面にサイプを成形するためのブレード15を植え込み、ブレード15にその厚さ方向に貫通する少なくとも1つのベント孔16を形成し、ベント孔16からトレッド部21の踏面までの距離dを1.0mm以上に設定すると共に、ブレード15の少なくとも片面にベント孔16からトレッド部21の踏面まで延在するスリット17を設ける。【選択図】図3
